What changed, when it takes effect, and whether it means anything for your account.
Every entry answers the only question that matters when a notification lands: do you actually have to write something? Often the answer is no, and we say so.
A new metric measuring whether seller-fulfilled shipments to Amazon Business customers arrive during the buyer's operating hours, over a rolling 14 days.
| Effective | 30 September 2026 |
| Affects | Seller-fulfilled orders to Amazon Business customers in the US, UK and Germany. FBA and retail offers are excluded. |
| Do you need an appeal? | Correct the metric before 30 October. Sellers below 90% on 30 September receive a notification first; if it is not corrected, seller-fulfilled offers are turned off for Amazon Business customers only — not the account. Amazon has named the fix: Automated Handling Time, Shipping Settings Automation and Amazon Buy Shipping. |

Amazon now deactivates only the listings contributing most to an On-Time Delivery Rate drop, rather than all seller-fulfilled listings.
| Effective | 28 February 2026 |
| Affects | Seller-fulfilled listings below the 90% On-Time Delivery Rate target. |
| Do you need an appeal? | Usually not. Account Health offers a self-service appeal that reactivates the listings. A written Plan of Action is needed only if that route fails, if you have missed the target repeatedly, or if delivery performance is cited inside a wider account deactivation. |
